Remembering Breakfast.

I started personal training school last week, and I'm having a hard time to remember to eat breakfast. Obviously a problem since we work out first thing in the AM.
Nicole recommended mixing protein shake with a banana and some coffee. I tried it with just coffee this morning and it rocked. Tomorrow I will add the banana.

Thursday my mom gets here and I'm so excited I could explode!
